The Shopbop Spring Event Sale started this week and there is so much to swoon over! This sale is my favorite sale that takes place in the spring. There really aren’t a ton of spring sales so the Shopbop Sale is always one to peruse. The deal is: use code STYLE to receive 15% off order of $200+, 20% off orders of $500+, and 25% off orders of $800+. It is a great sale to shop to stock up on basics like sneakers (my favorites here and here) and simple white tees. I also use this spring sale to think ahead to the summer. Am I traveling and where to? Am I attending weddings? I look for items that fit the bill for those types of summer events!
Below, I share a few handfuls of my sale favorites as well as what I’m buying from the Shopbop Spring Event Sale… the exact 7 items. I hope you find something you need or love in the sale!
What I’m Buying From The Shopbop Spring Event Sale
A couple of items really caught my eye this year in the sale so I wanted to share what I’m buying in the Shopbop Spring Event Sale. The first thing I added to my cart was a version of my favorite swimsuit. I love love love Marysia, Tory Burch, and Hunza G swimwear but the Marysia one pieces are impossible to beat. They are so comfortable, flattering, and they wear well (honestly, all three do!). I wear my swimwear hard so I need swimsuits that hold up. By this I mean that I am not a lounger… I’m always swimming in the ocean, playing beach games, and on the move in my swimsuits for hours at a time. So this Marysia swimsuit will get tons and tons of wear from me.
I am also in the market for a new neutral purse for this summer. Last year, I scooped up the purse in this post and carried it non-stop through the rest of the year (I think neutral purses transition beautifully from summer to fall). I checked out with two neutral purses so we shall see if I keep both. I’m simply in love with the two of them and really adore the sizes of both – great for day to night! The bamboo top handle of this purse reminds me of a Gucci purse for a fraction of the price. I also can’t get enough of the simple, minimalist appeal of this purse. I picture it being my everyday bag!
Surprise, surprise, two blue and white dresses have me weak in the knees.
I wear dresses pretty much every single day of spring and summer so I’m 1000% confident that these two dresses will be on heavy rotation from me in the next 6 months. The sweet gingham pattern of this dress is utter perfection (+ pockets!!) while the check floral print of this dress is summer in a nutshell (+ I love a fitted bodice and gathered skirt silhouette!). I’ve been dying to try a piece from Agua by Agua Bendita so I’m excited to see how the brand wears.
We’ll be spending some time this summer with family in California and up North where the temperatures drop at night. So, jeans and a great top are often the call when the sun goes down. I’m smitten with the romantic floral of this top so I’m excited to try it on in person. It looks like it will have a beautiful fit. I always trust Rebecca Taylor too!
Finally, I’m in the market for a new pair of neutral strappy sandals as I haven’t updated my go-to pair in 3 years now. I was super drawn to the geometric angular shape of these sandals as they are a little out of my style wheelhouse. I like that they are simple while also being distinct.
