When spring rolls around and I start dreaming of summer days to come, I know it’s time to scoop up a new sundress. I’ve got a couple go-to shopping destinations for sundresses and beach cover-ups that never fail me, year after year. As y’all saw last spring on my trip to Harbour Island, one of my musts is Persifor. So, it was only natural that I wore this tropical sundress on Sullivan’s Island for our first true beach day of the season. We’re there a lot with Maybelle but this day was for us to bask in the warm sun!
My favorite colors are always blue and pink but ever since Edwin and I selected green to be one of our wedding colors, I’ve fallen into more and more of a love affair with the happy natural color. So, I immediately fell in love with this green palm print tropical dress. Plus, the adorable ruffled sleeves… need I say more?! I’m also absolutely in love with this matching tropical print top and this easy to throw on tank dress. So I rounded up all my other favorite Persifor green dresses and tops for y’all here:
Persifor has a handful of other adorable prints and colors out this season in addition to the green ones I’m so drawn to right now. My ruffle sleeve style of dress comes in three other colors/prints: one, two, three. Also, I’ve rounded up my other favorite fun styles here too:
There’s no denying it, straw accessories are the pieces you need in your closet from now through September. I honestly wouldn’t even call it a trend because straw bags and hats have always been and will always be basics. I grew up seeing my mom and grandmothers wear/carry both accessories every single spring and summer so it’s no surprise that I love the look. I’ve had this hat for a few years now and still find it to be such a staple in my wardrobe (last seen here, here and here). It’s such a great price too! So y’all can probably tell by now from here and here that I’m in love with this macrame straw bag (more available here and here). It doesn’t get any cuter!
Other than Castañers (as seen here), Soludos are my other favorite style of espadrilles. I’ve had this blue and white stripe lace up flat style for a couple years now and always get so much use out of them (last seen here). I can wear them all day, they are that comfortable. The blue and white color combo is old but these styles are all super similar colors or stripe patterns:
