One of my favorite things about the holiday season is all the excuses to dress up! Edwin and I have our first official holiday party of the season tomorrow night and I’m so excited. The invitation calls for “holiday attire” so I’m looking forward to the opportunity to slip into a pretty dress and a pair of heels. In the spirit of the holiday season officially kicking off, I’m sharing the prettiest party dress of the season from Small by Hampden Clothing with y’all today! To say that I’m completely in love with this dress would be an understatement!

For those of you who might not be familiar with Hampden, here’s a little background. Hampden Clothing is easily my favorite boutique in Charleston but the owner, Stacey, has made a name for Hampden around the world. It is always written up as one of the best boutiques in the country. If you’re planning a trip to Charleston, then you must pop in. It would be a crime not to! Stacey recently expanded her Hampden reach with the opening of Small by Hampden. It’s a concept store a few doors down on King Street here in Charleston that houses some of their more casual designers (aka my favorites!) like Ulla Johnson, Rhode Resort, SEA, Staud, and Ganni.

My outfit is perfect for any and every party you have coming up that requires a bit of fancy dress. I cannot, I repeat, I cannot get over the statement sleeves of this dress! They are so beautiful, flirty, and feminine. I honestly think this dress is a showstopper! The print is fabulous and the colors are so rich and gorgeous! It’s by one of my most favorite designers, Ulla Johnson. In my opinion, she can do no wrong. I paired the dress with a bit of a statement shoe… pink velvet strappy sandals. The block heel on these shoes makes them so comfortable! I wore them most recently as a bridesmaid in Allison’s wedding and will be wearing them all through winter (when the weather allows) and spring. They come in 5 colors!

I mentioned that I selected my top 12 picks from Small by Hampden so I wanted to share them with y’all! Other than my dress, I picked out two other gorgeous dresses: one, two. Although, I also had my eye on this deep green dress and this black and white dress. It’s sweater weather season, so I selected two stunning sweaters: a chunky neutral sweater and a navy ruffle sweater. I also picked out this SEA top that I wore in Maine. For my jeans and a top kind of girls, I picked out the cutest high-waisted jeans and two gorgeous top options here and here. Last but not least, accessories: a wool hat, suede booties, and an IT bag.

Did you think I was going to forget to mention my earrings? Never! Regular R&R readers know that I absolutely love Hart Hagerty earrings. I feel so fortunate to call Hart a friend because not only is she talented but she’s an amazing person too! These earrings are from her fall collection… I adore the cinnamon color. She recently released her holiday collection too, which is beautiful!
