For New Year’s Eve, I always gravitate toward fun, rich fabrics and details like sparkles, velvet, glitter, shimmer, and shine. As you can tell from my two top NYE party dress picks in this post, I’m going for all of the above this year! Here are a few more of my top New Year’s Eve party dresses:
