You may be thinking that lace goes hand in hand with dressy winter and holiday dresses but I’m here to prove you wrong today by sharing an adorable summer lace dress. I love a pink dress and this one caught my eye because of the ombré color affect and because of the lace material. Now that Charleston is officially heating up for summer, this dress (on sale through Sunday with code LOVEDAD20) by Abbey Glass is a lifesaver. The lace material is surprisingly breathable and comfortable on humid days!

Platform sandals are a MUST in my opinion! There isn’t a more comfortable way to attain some height. I adore espadrille platform sandals too… they have summer written all over them! Mine are from last year but, luckily, there are so many chic similar ones available this year.
My lace dress is perfect for everyday wear as well as for summer events – parties, holidays, showers, barbecues, etc. It’s by the lovely Atlanta-based designer Abbey Glass. Her work caught my eye this spring and I immediately fell for the ladylike silhouette of this dress (on sale through Sunday with code LOVEDAD20)! Aren’t these pearl earrings gorgeous!? They are such a wonderful price too. I think these earrings are a great ladylike addition to any outfit and a perfect gift (especially for brides-to-be). My girlfriend Sallie Holder works for Stella & Dot and actually found the earrings for me… she has the most amazing eye! If you’re looking for some jewelry guidance/ideas, then reach out to her over Instagram. I trust her taste completely! I’m also having a moment with these pink sunglasses. Why not… it’s summer!
