I absolutely love writing Rhyme & Reason for a few reasons… I find lots of joy in sharing my favorite things and new discoveries I find, I adore every connection I make with my readers, and I cherish the opportunity to get to know and support brands and business I love. Today’s post is dedicated to the latter. My crazy talented friend, Alex, who is the founder of the inspired brand Persifor, is having a huge end of season sale as she gears up for fall (I know, I can’t believe fall is around the corner!).
2020 has been especially hard on all small businesses, in and out of the fashion industry. I feel fortunate to have this blog as a platform to put the spotlight on such small businesses. Small businesses are the backbone of this country/economy and, at the end of the day, are someone’s dream fulfilled. May this post be a reminder for us to celebrate those dreams by supporting all our favorite small businesses! As you’ll see below, I love Persifor and wear the brand all the time on Rhyme & Reason and in my non-documented life (I’m wearing Persifor in every photo in this post!). Shop now and get 50% off sitewide as well as up to 70% off last season’s styles! P.S. This post isn’t sponsored… just a lot of natural love for Persifor!

Shop Some Of My Go-To Dresses On Sale
The Louise Dress
I love the style and silhouette of wrap dresses but I usually struggle with them. I find that they gap a lot on me as I’m pretty small chested and thus they never look like they fit me correctly. However, I found an exception to this when I discovered the Louise Dress! It lays beautifully on the body, doesn’t gap, and is incredibly flattering. It’s one of those magic dresses that works wonders on women like me with small chests as well as with busty women. I’ve worn the Louise Dress twice on Rhyme & Reason: in Charleston and in Los Angeles.

The Clare Dress
The Clare Dress is one of my absolute favorite dresses I own to wear as a beach cover-up. Don’t get me wrong, it can 100% be worn as an actual dress too but I also think it looks so cute and easy over a bathing suit for a day to the beach too. My favorite part of the Clare Dress: the ruffle sleeve, of course! I’ve worn the Clare Dress on Rhyme & Reason on Sullivan’s Island.

The Margot Dress
The Margot Dress gets me every time because I adore its 60s shift dress style. It reminds me of a dress my grandmothers would wear (I mean that in a very good, chic way!). Persifor always releases the Margot Dress in gorgeous, colorful prints so the simple and clean cut silhouette works wonders against busy prints. It looks so cute with a sweater tied around the waist or with a denim jacket layered on. I’ve worn the Margot Dress on Rhyme & Reason in San Diego.
The Anna Dress
When it comes to t-shirt dresses, I can honestly and safely say that the Anna Dress is my most favorite one that I’ve ever own. No joke. I love the comfortable fit… it is 95% Cotton and 5% Elastane so it has just a touch of stretch to it. I also love that it is a t-shirt dress but an elevated one with the beautiful thick white ribbon. It is perfect in every way! I’ve worn the Anna Dress on Rhyme & Reason in Charleston.

Cheers to sale shopping and to supporting small businesses we love! xx
