Military Green Dress

filed under:

When I saw this military green dress at the Equipment store in Soho I knew I had to have it for multiple of reasons. First off, I love military green because I think it can be considered a neutral basic color just like black, white, gray, and navy (Pssst, it also comes in navy). Secondly, I saw so much potential to style the dress different ways. Here, I styled it with dark brown colors and wedges to dress it up but I’ve also worn it with light tan colors and gold sandals ($66 off!) for a causal daytime look. Essentially, it’s a great day-to-night dress! Lastly, I knew I had to have the dress because of the style… the wrap bow gives it an effortless look and the cotton material makes it light weight for summer. My wedges are a MUST too. Y’all, I can’t tell you how often I wear these! They are hands down the most comfortable heel I’ve ever owned. Plus, I’ve done my research for you… they are 35% off at Nordstrom so now is really the time to scoop them up. My purse is right on trend with the bucket bag craze and I loved mixing up the bucket bag style with this mini version (I tucked the Michael Kors label into the purse because I’m not a big logo girl – just my personal preference).

P.S. Nordstrom fans, are you shopping the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale!? Check out my first two roundups – a roundup of the entire sale & a boots/booties roundup. Don’t forget, Nordstrom offers free shipping and free returns!
