Happy May! May is one of my favorite months… Cinco de Mayo is my birthday so I always kick off the month with a bang! I was in Alabama for my birthday celebrating my brother’s college graduation (Roll Tide!) but I definitely threw a few margaritas into the mix as well. In my mind, May is the start of summer! Growing up, I always got out for summer break the Friday before Memorial Day so that combined with my birthday at the beginning of the month always put me in a sunshiney summertime mood all month long.
