A roundup of the best pieces to shop this month in my March Edit // Rhyme & Reason

March Edit 2018

filed under:

We’re a week into the month of March so I’m here with my March Edit 2018. I’m sharing what’s on my wish list this month so get ready for lots of spring inspired styles! March is actually one of my favorite months to shop because it marks the beginning of the spring season so everything I buy I know I’ll get a ton of use and wear out of as I can wear it through the next two seasons all the way through September.

The feelings of new beginnings and rebirth that March brings aren’t lost on me… I get so inspired during this month because of the weather, the blooms, and the spring and summer travel that starts. Keep reading for the cutest gingham skirt, a scalloped swimsuit with a great price, a handful of dresses perfect for Easter (in 3.5 weeks!), and two pairs of must-have shoes for spring.

March Edit 2018

Swimsuit:

Scalloped edges make everything – swimsuits, dresses, top, high-waisted pants – more special and fun. This scalloped swimsuit reminds me of Marysia swimwear but it’s cheaper!

Pink Suede Espadrilles:

How gorgeous are these + they look so comfortable! Pair these with jeans and dresses alike and you’ll complete just about every outfit you put on this spring and summer. They come in three other colors too including navy, which are so so cute.

Lavender Dress:

This dress is just begging to be worn to Easter brunch. I love the fresh lavender color (I just read that lavender is the new “millennial pink”) and the eyelet… so so cute!

Floral Top:

Feminine, sweet, and everything nice. This top would be so cute tucked into midi skirts and worn with distressed light wash jeans for a more casual look. P.S. it also comes in a dress.

Lace Shoes:

I adore Soludos (as seen here) so I’ve majorly got my eye on these little lace espadrilles. They go perfectly with jeans and daytime dresses. I also love these white espadrilles and these little blue espadrilles.

White Dress:

Have you ever seen a more perfect throw-on and walk out the door sundress? I particularly like the button detailing. I also love this slightly more dressy white jumpsuit.

Sun Hat:

A wide-brim straw sun hat with a blue and white stripe ribbon… yup, I’m sold!

Stripe Dress:

MDS does dresses right. I love the bow waist tie of this dress as it gives the dress a bit of an elevated look compared to a simple flowy dress. I also love this similar blue and white dress for less.

Bucket Bag:

Bucket bags are one of my favorite purse styles as everything fits in them but, like this purse, they are often not too big that you can’t dress them up a bit. This one also comes in brown leather!

Gingham Skirt:

I always gravitate toward dresses so I’m trying to add more skirts to my closet, especially midi length skirts. For some reason, I always picture midi skirts at lovely garden parties or ladies lunches. This yellow and white gingham skirt is adorable!

Happy March shopping loves!
