Little White Dress in Charleston

Oh my gosh, it’s been a bit since I was in Charleston with my family and to wedding plan but I’ve only shared one outfit from the trip. Today comes another! I’m sharing my second of four looks so keep checking back for more. Today’s post features a little white dress in Charleston. The little white dress (on sale!) and the little black dress are two wardrobe staples that every gal should own because there’s always a time and place for them. In Charleston, during the spring and summer, I love to be easy breezy and wear a lot of light and bright colors so this dress was a hit!

I love the shift style of this dress (on sale!). I think it gives it a bit of a 50s flair, which is a fun change from the usual flowy dresses that I wear. The dress has an embossed floral overlay on it so it’s rich in texture and much more interesting to look at in person than some more basic little white dresses.

I wore it with my favorite espadrilles of the season (last seen here) that have a pineapple on one shoe and a palm tree on the other shoe… very fitting for Charleston! I also slipped on a pair of gold statement earrings (on sale!) and grabbed my bamboo clutch. Just like that, I was ready to head out the door.
