February is officially here! I’m starting the month off the best way I know how… by taking a few days off work to fly to Charleston with Edwin for a little a lot of wedding planning. February is the shortest month but it’s jam packed for me with my Charleston trip, a New York City trip, and my engagement party in Los Angeles. I composed my February Edit to touch on a few things going on this month. Groundhog’s Day is tomorrow so if we’re destined for a long winter then this dusty blue coat might be in my future. I think it will be perfect in New York too. You probably didn’t know this but Valentine’s Day is this month (!!) and I’m loving this easy dress for a Valentine’s day date with Edwin + these light pink flats and this rom com book (more book suggestions here). I’m also in love with these roses (Edwin, they are a slam dunk!). I’ve been eating really healthy leading up to my engagement party so I have my eye on this cookbook full of farmers’ market recipes. Spring is coming so I’m starting to transition my sweaters from winter colors, wool, and fair isle to floral prints and nautical color palettes. I’m planning my spring break (teacher perks!) and I might be needing my passport & this festive little iPhone case. There are two trends that I love and am actually happy to invest in: bauble earrings and round bags. You need them both! Is anyone going to an Oscars party at the end of the month? I still need to see too many of the nominated films, eeek! Happy Wednesday!
