Charleston Packing Guide

filed under:

I’ve been in Charleston since the end of last week for the start of my spring break. Thankfully I’m here until Friday because I’m having so much fun. When I packed for my trip I had to plan ahead since I’m traveling for two and half weeks. For Charleston, I packed a few nautical pieces and a few colorful springy pieces. This Clare V stripe clutch is my new go-to purse. I’ve been carrying it everywhere! Trina Turk has multiple spring dresses and rompers right now that I can’t get my hands on fast enough. At the top of my list are this white dress and this lace romper.

So far, I’ve attended Charleston Fashion Week, gone on long walks around historic Charleston, and eaten numerous wonderful meals. We’ve eaten at High Cotton, Poogan’s Porch, and The Obstinate Daughter and gone out for drinks at Stars and Cocktail Club. I highly recommend going to Cocktail Club on Sunday nights for live music and half-priced bottles of wine! I also went to a candle making class and made my own custom-scented candles at Candlefish. It was such a blast!
