Happy Saturday loves! I was reviewing old blog posts and discovered that this post on affordable mules gets a lot of love! Of course, since the post is old, all the links were outdated. So, I went through and refreshed the post on 16 mules under $100 for y’all. You’ll now find current links to my favorite mules that match the shoes in the below collage or that are super similar.
When mules started popping up everywhere a few years ago, it felt like it might be a short lived footwear trend. I’m happy to say that that was not the case! I think sliding into a great pair of rounded top or pointed toe (even open toe!) mules can pull an entire fall outfit together. Have you tried mules for yourself? Trust me, they are a comfortable and chic alternative to boots and booties and can often be worn in place of sneakers to dress as outfit up a touch.
Maybe you’ve never worn mules before so you don’t know which ones to buy? Or maybe you constantly see beautiful pairs but find them out of your price range for a seasonal shoe (although fall and winter is quite long)? Well, mules are here to stay as they quickly became a classic wardrobe staple that can be worn in place of flats, loafers, heeled sandals, and booties. Mules look great with jeans, trousers, corduroys, tailored pants, skirts, and dresses alike.
Mules Under $100
So, I say, why not try a pair of mules for yourself!? I searched around and found 16 mules under $100 so you can feel completely comfortable jumping on the mule footwear bandwagon knowing you aren’t spending a fortune. Some of my 16 mules under $100 come in multiple colors and are on sale too so you’ve got some happy feet coming your way!

1. Silver Loafer Mules
The silver loafer mule is a classic style to slide on. I love that it has a collegiate feel and almost looks like it could be a part of a school uniform. And I found this extremely similar silver mule that is almost identical! I also love this mule in white that has a similar top buckle feel and this off white mule that has a similar loafer feel.
2. Pink Velvet Mules
These pretty pink velvet mules are so cute! I didn’t find an exact replica this year but I did find two similar pairs that I love for different reasons. These easy pink suede mules are minimalist but still unexpected because of their pink hue. I’m a big fan of their padded cushy heel. Also, these beautiful pointy toe velvet mules hit the mark thanks to their velvet fabric! The rich burgundy color isn’t quite pink but I think this shade is even more appropriate for fall.
3. Leopard Mules
Leopard print and mules go hand in hand! I absolutely love wearing a pop of animal print in the fall and winter. A shoe is a subtle but fun way to add a touch of leopard to any ensemble. I particularly love this pair and this pair of flat leopard mules and this pair of heeled leopard mules. P.S. I think two of the below pairs are a bit over $100 but they are close and too cute not to include.
4. Yellow Mules
Yellow mules are totally unexpected and so punchy! Shades of yellow like marigold are some of my favorite fall colors so I fully embrace this look.
5. Tassel Mules
I adore tassels on a pair of loafers so why not slide into a pair of mules with tassels? The below pairs of tassel mules are all under $90!
6. Burgundy Mules
I already mentioned these burgundy mules but I’m so glad I have another opportunity to swoon over them. They are perfection and only $80! Style these burgundy mules with a pair of straight leg jeans and a cardigan for an effortless dinner date look this fall.
7. Strappy Mules
Strappy give the often casual style of mules a bit of a dressier flare. This heeled pair of strappy mules is fantastic for date night while this flat pair of strappy mules is a home run for work. This chic square toe pair of strappy mules is a style steel at $21!
8. Metallic Mules
Metallics add a little dressy shine to an outfit. I love metallic mules for a work event, a night out with the girls, or a date night. You’ll be comfortable but also have a little glam to your outfit.
9. Brown Leather Mules
If you want to take the most classic route with mules, then I suggest going with a simple pair of brown mules. You can take your shade of brown in so many different directions like chocolate browns or lighter caramel brown colors. You can also slip into a pair of suede or leather brown mules. There really are options!
10. Embellished Mules
To be completely honest, I didn’t really find any amazing embellished mules for under $100 this year. I’m actually laughing looking back at the pink glitter embellished mules I originally included in this post (as seen in the collage above)! The one pair of embellished mules under $100 that I truly do love are these fuzzy faux shearling mules. They are trendy but in all the right ways!
11. Navy Mules
In my mind, navy is just as much of a classic neutral as black. I wear them interchangeably so I’m a big fan of navy mules!
12. Bow Mules
When in doubt, put a bow on it! The little extra bow details on these mules give them just the right amount of femininity.
13. Croc Mules
Croc is seemingly everywhere – shoes, purses, hair accessories, and more! I think a smart way of adding a pop of croc to an ensemble is with a pair of shoes, especially if it is your first time experimenting with the look.
14. Colorful Mules
For all my color lovers out there, I found a handful of happy colorful mules for you below. Colorful mules are perhaps a bit less classic but can be really fun to wear (as seen on me here!).
15. Natural Mules
Well, I already shared metallic mules above so I’m interpreting the gold mules in the above collage as natural mules, ha! There are a surprising amount of really adorable natural mules out this year and I love it!
16. Black Mules
Last but not least, black mules. Other than brown mules, it doesn’t get more classic than black mules! Below are the best ones under $100 around the internet! Snag the black mule look, like me in the photos in this post.

Happy shopping, happy feet!
